Alcester Folk Festival is celebrating it's 10th year. We are booking great acts but also providing you with plenty of chances to have a go yourself. 3 venues are used in the summer, Greig Hall, Town Hall and the Fire Station (they remove the engines first) The festival starts at 8pm Friday and finishes at 11pm Sunday. Stay over till Monday if you can. Alcester is an attractive market town with black and white buildings and lovely flower displays. The flags will be out to welcome us & there will be Morris Dancing in the street. The pubs serve good real ale as does The Greig. There will be hot and cold food available at the Greig Centre. We have a wonderful campsite surrounded by rives where fish can be seen swimming. Come and join us. Meet old friends or make new ones, we would love to see you. |
