Details

American folk legend Judy Collins, an undeniable icon to generations of music
lovers, is to top the bill at this years Sedbergh Folkfest. Judy's career spans 50
years, more than 40 albums, including gold and platinum sellers, numerous Top 10
hits and multiple Grammy nominations.

Set in a stunning location Sedbergh Folkfest is one of the country's best folk festivals. It
has a very friendly atmosphere and a programme of events with something for everyone.

Other festival highlights include:

Altan; arguably Ireland's biggest name in traditional music.

Eliza Carthy, one of the most dazzling and recognised folk musicians of a generation.

Ska Cubano; London-based cool cats combining irresistible Ska with ultra cool Cuban chords.

3 Daft Monkeys; quirky, exhilarating and unusual music drawing huge audiences.

Family events in The Arena including Music, Dance, Storytelling, Workshops, Puppets, Song

Walks, Street Theatre, Ceilidhs and Music Sessions.


A small donation is requested for entrance to the festivals Arena events and tickets for the main
