Details |
Sensoria, the UK's Festival of music, film and digital, takes place annually in Sheffield in April/May. Sensoria presents a major programme of live events, screenings, exhibitions and installations as well as an important industry meeting point - SensoriaPro. The event started with a fantastic splash in 2008 hosting guests such as Jarvis Cocker. Other guests have included Mark Kermode, Richard Hawley, Nitin Sawhney, Jon McClure (Reverend and the Makers), British Sea Power and Julien Temple. The festival loves to host events in unusual places, so far these have included working law courts, Sheffield Cathedral, outdoor industrial courtyards, a 1960s hotel ballroom and an underwater sound system in a swimming pool. |
