Details	The summer retreat is a weekend for helping the mind, body and soul and also your health and well being The activities will most likely include such things as native american flute playing and workshops, African drum workshops, didgeridoo workshops and possibly the inclusion of a native american pow wow, holistic therapies such as sound baths, reiki, massage, health and well being therapies and talks plus lots more etc With possibly lots of flute playing, harps, drumming workshops, healing and chill out weekend. Everything is more of a low key easy going weekend with lots of body, mind and soul workshops, jamming and talking etc! There will be No large PA systems or laser lit stages, its just a nice and easy gathering of people, small PA and lots of acoustic stuff
