As Europe’s biggest free jazz and blues party it attracts musicians and audiences from throughout the UK and from all over the world.

Sponsored by the City Council with additional support from more than 50 local companies, the festival gets into every nook and cranny of the City with performances on the City streets and squares, shopping centres, cafés, hotels, museums, Warwick & Dudley Castles, a zoo, on the canal and even on the buses.

The festival’s feature concert will be the critically-acclaimed tribute to the greatest jazz singer of all, Billie Holiday, entitled Lady Sings The Blues in the idyllic Botanical Gardens on July 10, an appropriate event on which to end
the festival.
