Tasting, making and celebrating in Devon, the Dartington Food Fair is a festival of local produce taking place 28th-30th May in association with Taste of the West.

Details	Riverford Organics’ award-winning celebrity chef Jane Baxter will be heading the line-up of chefs. Jane, who is the head chef at Riverford Organic Field Kitchen, is known for her imaginative approach to cooking locally sourced and seasonal food. She will be part of a series of live demonstrations at the fair’s kitchen marquee where she will be using her skill and versatility with vegetables to persuade children that greens are really good for you. Other chefs starring in the Simply Wood Kitchen include Matt Cook from Fish Face, Richard Hunt from The Grand Hotel in Torquay and Ed Chester from Otterton Mill. Also confirmed are the flamboyant Reah brothers – restaurateurs with a passion for fish – and Jean Philippe-Bidart, chef from the Millbrook Inn and recent winner of this year’s gastro pub of the year. Ashburton Cookery School will also demonstrate why they have such a track record of success. We also have lots of fun family activities including a potter’s wheel, face painting and mountain biking!
