Details	York Food and Drink Festival is unique because it is set in and around the City's many amazing historic venues. The Festival's main focus is to promote and support local food and drink producers and suppliers. Two areas for visitors to explore: Parliament Street (free entry) with markets, demonstration area, beer tent and information point - a marquee will enclose the city's fountain in Parliament Street and make this an evening venue for events. Secondly there is both a day time and evening programme of events in York Guildhall, The Mansion House and in venues across York.
