The country’s biggest culinary names are lined up to appear at the festival which will offer a plethora of diverse gastronomic experiences that will appeal to all ages.

An AA Rosette and multi-Michelin starred culinary master, Jean-Christophe was given his first Head Chef role at the age of just 19, and has since owned, managed and cooked for a number of highly-acclaimed restaurants across the UK and France.

Jean-Christophe said “I am really excited to be part of CRAVE. It’s new, it’s different and it celebrates food in all its amazing glory. We all need something to look forward to and this is definitely it.”

CRAVE Hampshire will kick off the spring season at Avington Park, Winchester over the bank holiday weekend of 1st – 2nd May 2021. CRAVE Midlands will be held within the grounds of Lamport Hall, Northampton, during the weekend of 15th -16th May 2021.

The CRAVE ethos and vision is about the celebration of food and drink and bringing communities together at the UK’s most beautiful country estates to indulge their foodie passions in a COVID safe setting.

CRAVE revels in the delight of food, from farm to fork, paddock to plate and everything in between; rearing and farming, making, tasting, eating, enjoying and sharing. It will be a sensory delight where food is king. There will be energy at CRAVE like no other.

Jean-Christophe adds “I’m going to be sharing some exciting new recipes at my demo’s and Masterclasses at CRAVE that I have been developing during the lockdowns. My dishes will focus on using local produce, which I feel now more than ever is so important to support these smaller, local, independent traders and producers.

CRAVE will showcase the very best of locally grown, nurtured and created food and drink produce from a range of artisans, producers, chefs, restaurants, wineries, brewers and distillers from the experts and local talent alike.

The variety of experiences on offer are designed to ensure that no festival goer leaves without a head bursting with inspiration and a revived and refreshed palette.

Activities will include immersive and interactive food demo’s, hands on cooking workshops, headline chef Masterclasses, pop up restaurants and bars, street food experiences, cookery workshops, kid’s classes, mixology sessions and tastings, an outdoor cinema and celebratory group dining in the on-site Banquet Marquees.

Entry to CRAVE will start from £20 with Masterclasses from £20 and VIP experiences from £95
