Now in its tenth year, Congleton Food and Drink Festival is organised by a small team of experienced, non-partisan volunteers on an entirely not for profit basis. For the outstanding quality of the stalls on offer and friendly festival atmosphere, it is comparable with many larger and more well-known commercial events,

Visitors to this fascinating corner of eastern Cheshire, home to both Little Moreton Hall and Jodrell Bank Telescope, will discover a Free Festival in a lively town centre filled with around one hundred carefully curated stalls, both local and national, offering a mouth-watering range of artisanal foods and drink. Alongside all this, they will find a tempting selection of street foods from every corner of the globe. The Town Hall ‘Theatre of Tastes’ will be hosting a fascinating programme of demonstrations and competitions for all ages throughout the day.

Bands, street theatre and all manner of kids’ activities keeping the party going with a swing.

Described by Cheshire Life as ‘Cheshire’s premier food event’, Congleton Food and Drink Festival is a celebration of high quality artisanal foods produced locally and from around the world. It is also a great day out.
