TThe second Dharma Festival at Gaunts House, following on from the successful event in 2015, offers a range of fascinating performances, workshops and exhibitions with an opportunity to camp and relax in the peaceful environment of the beautiful garden and park in the heart of the Dorset countryside.

TIBETAN MONKS will be making a Twenty-One Tara Sand Mandala (opening ceremony on Wednesday 11th July), you can choose to attend Buddhist teachings with Dr DECHEN ROCHARD on The Eight Verses of Mind Training and Praises to the Twenty-One Taras. SIKA will be in residence on 12th and 13th July after his sell-out visit to Stonehenge for a performance and Sound Journey; MICHAEL ORMISTON and CANDIDA VALENTINO, world-famous Mongolian Khoomii overtone and undertone singers will be offering workshops and performances, and you can try Animal Spirit Dancing, T'ai Chi and West African drumming with DR OLU TAIWO, TASHI MANNOX will be running workshops on Tibetan calligraphy on 14th and 15th July, and there will be an exhibition of his work.
Start your day with Pranayama Meditation with Sangeeta; see South Indian Dance with ANUSHA SUBRAMANYAM and be transported by the music of NIGEL SHAW and CAROLYN HILLYER and take part in Tibetan monastic art or singing bowl workshops, make your own mandala, gong baths, yoga and pilates - or simply chill out and enjoy the magical atmosphere of Gaunts House. Your ticket entitles you to entry to all the events during the festival and free camping in the grounds of Gaunts House.
