Harambee Pasadia is a 4-day family camping extravaganza in celebration of the diverse cultures, foods, music, artists, and fusions of the African diaspora. From sunrise to sunset and beyond, every second is jam (and we mean ‘jam’) packed with the color and diversity of the African continent. A fully immersive mind and soul experience, there will be music, dance and workshops from local, national and international musicians, dancers, wellbeing experts, cultural practitioners, and food vendors. This weekend of family fun is a feast of culture, education and tasty treats, showcasing the vibrant African scene in the North East.

With a focus on collaboration, Harambee Pasadia is no ordinary festival. This intimate project seeks to build community through music, art and culture, and demonstrate the power of the people and local community, to show what we can achieve if we work together, and we can achieve a lot!

The collaboration doesn’t stop there though, as the artists will be creating networks with other like-minded thinkers, activists, community leaders, and volunteers to create an international community to inspire one another and work together in a sustainable way long into the future. So bring your horn, brush, stick or whatever you use to make art and join in!

The main focus for Harambee Pasadia is to get folk out of the city and into the beautiful countryside to free the mind, body and soul, but most importantly…have fun!
