Harpenden Live

Harpenden Live

Starts: 15th Jul 2023

Katherine Warington School, Lower Luton Road, England, AL5 5FH, United Kingdom

Harpenden Live 2023 is a brand-new festival for Hertfordshire

A new music festival taking place in Harpenden on July 15th has one aim - to support the careers of emerging artists. Harpenden Live features a carefully curated line up of some of the best new artists and bands working around Hertfordshire and the south of England.

Harpenden Live features a range of new artists including Harpenden’s own India Arkin who recently signed to HMV’s new vinyl label and ‘Barbara’ a band from Brighton who count Phil Jupitus and Adam Kay amongst their fans after supporting The Divine Comedy on their UK tour in 2022.

Dean Inns said “The UK has one of the best music scenes in the world and having a festival to support new music and supporting those artists who are starting out on their journeys is really important allowing to perform to a broad audience at our family friendly festival’.

The festival also gives the opportunity for local students to play their first ever festival and try out their material such as Sam Clift and emerging singer songwriter from Harpenden’s Katherine Warington School.

Harpenden Live is also an affordable festival – in these difficult times, the festival is designed to be fair and affordable for those coming to watch as well as our performers - it’s about music not profit.

As well as live music, the festival also features a family area, food and drink festival, featuring street food, real ales as well as a gin and Prosecco palace.

Time: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
