Celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala and local celebrity chefs
The Highcliffe Food and Arts Festival returns this year and takes place on Saturday, June 10, and Sunday, June 11 2023. The event, which started in 2014, will once again be held throughout the village centre in Lymington Road and on the Recreation Ground.
The festival is a free-to-attend event and more than 120 traders have already been confirmed covering all types of artisan food and drink. The unique aspect to the festival is the Arts and Crafts section which is styled as ‘Crafts on the Green’ and will be found on the Recreation Ground. This whole event features a huge range of specially curated crafts organised by a local company ‘The Little Craft Shack’.
The cookery theatre will feature demonstrations from celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala together with a host of celebrity chefs from local restaurants and hotels.
Two music stages will provide entertainment for the whole family and will feature several acts designed specifically for children.
There will be plenty for all the family with children’s craft and activity workshops, a treasure hunt and the return of the ‘Grow Your Own’ tent featuring ‘Highcliffe in Bloom.’
Special emphasis again this year will be to support ‘Plastic Free Highcliffe’ with all stall holders having been asked to bring along compostable containers and cutlery.
