We want to join the dots between traditional worldwide folk and roots music and it's continuing inspiration on modern popular music as we know it today.''

Autumn may have arrived, but this year’s Folk Festival highlight is just around the corner. Now in its second year and boasting a top flight line-up, the series of concerts across the capital from 29th Oct – 17th
November will bring together an intriguing and eclectic array of established and celebrated Folk, Roots and Americana artists from around the world. Spread across recognised London venues, churches, pubs and clubs, the festival is set to dominate the live music calendar this autumn. The intimate and ghostly history of St Pancras Old Church will also play host to this wonderful international line up. Smell the beer and sing out loud in The Slaughtered Lamb with northern songster’s, The Young’uns (Sold Out). “This year’s festival follows a pilot festival in 2014, which was a huge success. All shows in 2014 saw terrific attendances, plus many sell outs. Even Ed Sheeran graced the Bush Hall stage to play alongside Foy Vance. We want this to become the premier London Folk Festival.”
David Messer, co-promoter.
