Some other bands new to the Acoustic Festival to watch for are blues award winners KING KING , who have already toured UK’s arenas . And The Demon Barbers XL, folk-funk-fusion band playing radical contemporary folk with reggae influences. They bring some of the UK’s most exciting young Clog, Sword, Hip Hop & Break dancers onto the stage to create the live folk music & dance spectacular of the year!Winners of Best Live Act BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards. The main stage also sees 6 piece Country roots stars, Dexter.

New Yorker Nell Bryden has 20 top 20 hits in uk alone a singer/songwriter who has travelled 300,000 miles to play 1,400 shows over the past seven years. Nell toured supporting Jools Holland in December 2012-14 , including a prestigious slot at Royal Albert Hall. A firm favourite of Terry Wogan and Chris Evans.

Toriah Fontaine exploded onto the blues scene last year, with awards from all major blues magazines throughout Europe. A world-class band drawing heavily on a compelling mix of roots, blues, gospel and soul influences . The hottest UK blues band at the moment. Staying with the blues... Krissy Matthews won best emerging artist in 2014. And supported Queen at the New Year’s Eve concert, on TV. Returning from his 2013 mind blowing performance, Funke and the two tone baby and his gravel voice plays Saturday. Sunday sees a rare and special return to the live scene from 70’s favourite, Dean Friedman, also chart topper Judy Tzuke and her 6 piece band play Saturday.
The Event is full of fantastic live music, great atmosphere, weird and wonderful performances and music and drumming workshops, including guitar, with Rodney Branigan and ukulele, featuring the Mersey Belles.

The Real Ale tent hosts the roots stage, so you can sit and enjoy your favourite tipple whilst enjoying the intimate atmosphere and performance.
The atmosphere is alive and vibrant, with several Morris Dancers and Belly dance teams performing as you walk around the festival and plenty of activities that all the family can get involved with.
This prestigious festival is so far removed from the festy vision of many, it's clean, well kept and a 50/50 split in male / female with a mature audience, no BOOM BOOM dance tents, or sound systems
A campers haven, where the accessability and low £10 fees for caravan and campervans reflect the influx from motorhome clubs. Parking near to the tents and caravans and within 100 yards of event site, is an added attraction.
A child friendly area plays host to many varied workshops, free face painting, fairy house and open play areas.
