The Line Up

Music

The Gents – Feast your ears and eyes on the cheeky nonsense that is the Cockney Gents. Sing along to your favourite pop tunes in the cockney style with your very own Gents Kazoo.

Beato Burrito – Trio of acoustic musicians who will be wandering around Hobbledown performing an eclectic mix of pop songs in a Mariachi style.

The Cash Cows – Energetic and infectious act reworks our favourite tunes from across the last century in a quirky style that keeps us guessing. It’s upbeat, happy, dancing music in a skiffle, rockabilly, jazz style.

Top Bananas Stilt Band – A band on stilts wandering round Hobbledown … what can possibly go wrong?!

Theatre and Circus

Dress Circle – A unique street theatre act that has got to be seen to be believed, with plenty of audience participation.

Acro-Afrique – An award-winning acrobatic troupe from Ghana, West Africa.

Mujishan’s Circus of Bubbles – Workshops and bubble displays with our famous bubble bike

Bruce Airhead – One brave man, one enormous balloon, one amazing show!

Greg Chapman – Juggler, escape artist and all round entertainer

Punch and Judy – The classic show that’s still a family favourite

Workshops

London African Drumming – 3 daily workshops for beginners introducing them to joys of African drumming and dance. You will be surprised how good you all sound!

Bollywood Dance – Learn to dance Bollywood style!

Fizz Pop Science – Fun and interactive science complete with explosions!

As well as …

Hobbledown Characters and Walkabouts – The Hedge Men, The Flower Men, Old Man Tom
