2000trees is an independent music festival held at Upcote Farm in the rolling Cotswold hills near Cheltenham. Founded in 2007 by festival-goers who wanted an event that put the audience first, it has grown into one of the UK's most respected independent festivals, winning Best Medium Festival at the UK Festival Awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024. The 2027 edition marks the festival's 20th birthday.
The programme is built around new and underground British rock, indie, punk and metal, with more than 100 acts across five stages, alongside comedy, DJ sets, a headphone disco and a trader village.
Past bills have featured Enter Shikari, Frank Turner, Wolf Alice, Nothing But Thieves and Public Service Broadcasting. A site-wide silent disco runs late into the night across multiple stages.
