Callander Jazz and Blues Festival

Callander Jazz and Blues Festival was established in 2006 and has been running annually since then.
It has become one of the largest rural festivals of its kind in Scotland, albeit only 1 hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Set in one of the most picturesque parts of lowland Scotland, it makes a great destination not only for the accessible venues in the Festival featuring live quality bands, but for taking some time to take in the wonderful local scenery.

Around 50 gigs in about 12 different venues in town which are all within easy walking distance, help create the unique and family atmosphere during Festival weekend.

Talented musicians are selected annually to provide a varied spectrum of Jazz, Blues, Jive, Soul and Funk. They come from abroad, all over the UK and indeed much Scottish and local talent.
