Lindisfarne Festival

Lindisfarne Festival is a new music and creative arts festival set on the beautiful Beal Farm, Northumberland, overlooking the stunning Holy Island.

The festival will showcase a range of internationally renowned artists, as well as a selection of up and coming acts and North East talent. Headliners will include Public Service Broadcasting, Reverend and The Makers, Craig Charles, DJ Yoda, Smoove and Turrell and The Skints.

Whilst the heart of any festival is the music, Lindisfarne Festival aims to be so much more with a range of creative therapies, wonderful gastronomy and the breath-taking back drop of Holy Island. Announcements about entertainment, refreshments and suppliers will be made over the coming months but to date include a Silent Disco hosted by company Hedfone Party, poetry readings and a real ale bar stocking local supplies from Hadrian Border Brewery, Tyne Bank Brewery and many more.

Set within 4 different marquees opposite the Holy Island, entertainment will be on offer from the Friday evening, all day Saturday and into the early hours of Sunday. Capacity in each marquee is limited so the festival team are advising to get there early if there is a particular act people want to see.

Tickets which include camping are available to buy online at £78 for the weekend or £50 for the Saturday via http://www.lindisfarnefestival.com/. It is recommended to book early to avoid disappointment as tickets are limited this year.

DJ Glen Horsborough , The Baghdaddies and Roy's Iron DNA will also be playing.
