The Mull of Kintyre Music Festival or MOK Fest for short is an event for all the family which celebrates traditional and contemporary Scottish, Irish and Pan Celtic music. The Festival which is held on Aug 9th - 13th is based in Campbeltown and has a great mix of free outdoor events, concerts, ceilidh’s, music sessions, workshops, children’s entertainment, heritage and whisky & gin trail walks, and parades in large venues to intimate halls.

The seven ticketed concerts including the Glen Scotia West Coast Rocks Concert, The Saturday Night Traditional Concert, Beinn an Tuirc Gaelic Night, Kilkerran Dalriada Connections Concert, Festival Ceilidh Night, Young Folk Night and the legendary Survivors Night.

The bands for 2023 have still to be confirmed.

This year we celebrate our 30th Anniversary and have some great bands already booked. Past bands who have performed at the MOK Fest include The Fratellis, The View, Skerryvore, Deacon Blue, The Time Frequency (TTF), Tide Lines, The Saw Doctors, Dougie MacLean, Capercaillie, Idlewild, Ally Bain & Phil Cunningham, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Trail West, Elephant Sessions and the Stranglers.
