More than 120 producers take part alongside over 60 events, including foraging masterclasses, debates, a famous food quiz and the popular Party in the Castle.
Weekend and day tickets are available, with under-16s admitted free, reflecting the festival's reputation as a serious destination for food lovers as much as a family day out.
