Camp Bestival is a four-day family festival held in the grounds of Lulworth Castle, close to Dorset's Jurassic Coast. Launched by Rob da Bank as a family-focused counterpart to Bestival, it has won Best Family Festival multiple times and describes itself as a "festi-holiday" rather than a straight music festival.
The site runs three main music stages - the Castle Stage, the Big Top and the Bandstand - alongside comedy, theatre, wellbeing and an extensive children's programme with over 100 free activities including circus skills workshops, archery, bushcraft, den-building and tree climbing.
The design is deliberately multigenerational, with programming that works for adults and children at the same time rather than separating them. Recent lineups have featured Fatboy Slim, Bastille, Self Esteem and Billy Ocean.
