Isle of Wight Garlic Festival 2026

The Isle of Wight Garlic Festival is a long-running island institution, held every August since 1983 at Fighting Cocks Crossroads near Newchurch.

True to its name, the festival celebrates all things garlic, with garlic-themed food stalls sitting alongside local producers, cookery demonstrations and craft stalls across the Arreton Valley site.

Live music runs across both days, and the festival's decades-long history makes it one of the best-established food events in the South of England, drawing thousands of visitors each year.
