About

TBC - lineup not yet announced

The Big Feastival is a three-day family festival combining food and music, held on Blur bassist Alex James' farm near Kingham, outside Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds. James, who makes cheese on the farm, describes the event as bringing together his three passions of music, food and good times.

The music line-ups lean towards big crowd-pleasers: the 2026 edition featured Basement Jaxx, The Streets, Bastille and Doves, and earlier years brought Nelly Furtado, Faithless, Travis, Snow Patrol, Becky Hill, Elbow, Jess Glynne and Lewis Capaldi. Alongside the stages, Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs give cooking sessions - past guests include Raymond Blanc, Prue Leith and Gennaro Contaldo - and a wide range of street food traders cover every appetite.

It is designed for families, with tree climbing, arts and crafts workshops, a funfair and appearances by children's TV favourites, and camping is available on site. The 2027 festival runs on the August bank holiday weekend, from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 August.
